돌돌 (service: Horang Saju, "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and handle related complaints promptly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

  • Account registration and management: user identification, account administration, abuse prevention.
  • Service delivery: generating and storing Saju/fortune/compatibility results.
  • Payment processing: Star Fragment recharge, approval, refund, settlement.
  • Customer support: handling inquiries, notices, and disputes.
  • Service improvement: usage analytics, feature improvement, security monitoring.

Article 2 (Items Collected and Used)

  • Account: social login identifier, email, nickname/name, optional profile image.
  • Analysis data: date/time of birth, gender, solar/lunar setting, optional alias.
  • Automatically collected: IP, access logs, usage records, device/browser data.
  • Paid services: payment method, transaction ID, payment/refund timestamps, amount.

Article 3 (Retention Period)

  • Member account data: until account deletion.
  • Analysis results/profile: until deletion request or account deletion.
  • Payment data: 5 years under applicable e-commerce law.
  • Consumer complaint/dispute records: 3 years.
  • Login records: 3 months.

Article 4 (Third-party Provision)

  • As a rule, personal data is not provided to third parties.
  • Exceptions apply when user consent is given or required by law.
  • Necessary provision may occur for essential service operations such as payments.

Article 5 (Entrustment and Overseas Processing)

  • Google LLC: social login, API integration, infrastructure operations (may be processed overseas).
  • Kakao Corp.: social login integration.
  • Vercel Inc.: frontend hosting and delivery optimization (may be processed overseas).
  • PortOne: payment integration, payment status retrieval, and webhook delivery.
  • NHN KCP Corp.: card and easy-pay payment processing.
  • The Company supervises entrusted processors to comply with privacy laws.

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Data)

  • Data is destroyed without delay once retention period ends or purpose is achieved.
  • Electronic files: permanently deleted in a non-recoverable method.
  • Paper documents: shredded or incinerated.

Article 7 (User Rights)

  • Users may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
  • Users may withdraw consent and request account deletion.
  • Requests can be made via service features or email inquiry.
