Terms of Service
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of conflict, the Korean version prevails.
These Terms govern the use of the Horang Saju service (web/app), operated by 돌돌, and define rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Members.
Article 1 (Purpose)
- These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Members in relation to this service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: all Saju, fortune, compatibility, and related features provided by the Company.
- Member: a person who agrees to these Terms and completes sign-up.
- Paid Service: content/functions available through Star Fragment purchase and payment.
- Star Fragment: paid in-service digital asset charged/deducted for paid service usage.
- Content: text, images, reports, and AI-generated outputs provided by the Company.

Article 4 (Display and Revision of Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the service or otherwise notified.
- The Company may revise these Terms within applicable law.
- Important revisions will be announced before the effective date.
- Members may terminate their account if they do not agree with revised Terms.
Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Company provides Saju analysis, compatibility analysis, fortune interpretation, payment, and Star Fragment management.
- Service content may change for operational or technical reasons.
- Major changes will be announced through notices.
Article 6 (Service Suspension)
- Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, network issues, or infrastructure failures.
- The Company is not liable for suspension caused by force majeure.
- If the service is terminated, prior notice will be provided within a reasonable period.
Article 7 (Personal Information and Content Use)
- Members may request content usage through service procedures.
- Members must consent to personal information processing required for service use.
- The Company provides personal data to third parties only when required by law or consent.
Article 8 (Advertisements)
- The Company may display advertisements or send promotional information in the service.
- External services linked through banners/links are outside the Company’s control.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- Saju/fortune/compatibility interpretations are for reference only; final decisions are the user’s responsibility.
- The Company is not liable for service issues caused by the Member’s fault.
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between members or third parties unless required.
Article 10 (Payment)
- Paid services are processed via methods designated by the Company such as cards and simple pay.
- Star Fragments are credited immediately upon payment completion and are available for use right away.
- Payment errors are handled under Company and payment processor policies.
Article 11 (Refunds)
- Members may request a refund within 7 days from the payment date.
- Refunds may be limited if withdrawal restrictions apply under law (e.g., content usage started).
- Refunds for card purchases are, in principle, processed only through card payment cancellation.
- If service is unavailable due to Company fault, refund or Star Fragment re-credit may be provided.
Article 12 (Star Fragment Validity)
- Charged Star Fragments are valid for 3 months from the charge date. Unused Star Fragments will be automatically forfeited after the validity period.
- Upon account deletion, unused Star Fragments and stored data are handled according to laws and Company policy.
Article 13 (Member Obligations)
- Members shall comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Account theft, service disruption, and unlawful use are prohibited.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- Parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes.
- If unresolved, disputes are handled under applicable law and procedures.
